No matter whether you are still a beginner or are already heading towards being a “ski freak”, thanks to our more than 40 completed winter seasons, we are not just qualified, we are at the absolute top of our game. Once you have strapped your skis back on again, within just a few seconds and a couple of turns you will notice the difference. Jumps, turns, curves and braking manoeuvres – we would bet our lives on the skis strapped to your feet.

While in Alta Badia, you can fully enjoy the Col Alto then explore countless other stunning locations onskis. If you are fit enough, then why not circumnavigate the renowned Sellaronda (Col Alto Lift and then piste number 5) or glide down the legendary Gran Risa world cup slope. Speed checks, fun slopes, snow parks, kids’ parks and cross pistes provide plenty of variety. Thanks to the resort’s high altitude, the conditions are excellent from December to April. A ski bus also runs from Alta Badia to St. Martin in Thurn, where you can access the Plan de Corones with the Piculin cable car. Blue, red and steep black slopes for as far as the eye can see!

RAPID RACING WITH THE BOB

In the beautiful Alta Badia, there are countless toboggan runs waiting to be conquered. The natural toboggan run called "Tru dla liösa Foram", which descends from Piz Sorega to San Cassiano, is particularly fantastic. It is accessible via the cable car. It may not be the longest (2.3 km), but thanks to a maximum gradient of 15 %, it guarantees an adventurous descent. The 10 km-long descent from Heiligkreuzkofel to Wengen is especially cool. It passes through the wonderful Armentara meadows. If you are interested and would like to know more, we will be pleased to give you more tobogganing tips in person.
