For your perfect ski day … and a lot of skitastic moments!
PRE-BOOK HELP WITH YOUR SKIS ONLINE
- this is how to do it:

First choose the rental period and then in the filter function select whether you want skis for an adult or a child. Of course you can also reserve skis for several people at once. Then choose your skis.

The stars indicate the quality category of the skis. You can find this information directly above in the title.

By clicking on “sample model” you can see which skis we have in stock in this category. When you find what you are looking for, click on “reserve”. The total price for all of the days will then be displayed.

Select whether you also need ski boots and a helmet. Poles are already factored into the price and are therefore included.

Click on “continue” and provide your details. In addition to last and first names, we also need height, weight, boot size, skiing ability and age, in order to check that the skis you have chosen are definitely suitable for you. Please ensure that this information is as accurate as possible. Only in this way will we be able to supply equipment that offers the optimum skiing experience on the slopes.

After clicking on “reserve” you will see a message that the item has been successfully added to your basket (you will find this – the bag symbol – in the top right-hand corner of the screen). Next you can either reserve additional items or continue to payment. When you opt for the latter, you will be asked if you would like to reserve a space in the heated ski depot (free of charge). If you click on “next” a field will appear where you need to type your email address (please check carefully that it is correct!) and then there will be a form in which you need to enter all of your details. If you have any special requests regarding a brand or have any other questions, please enter them in the “special requests” field.

Before sending your request, you will be asked if you would like to create an account to manage your booking. Of course this is beneficial for you. Last but not least, you pay 10% of the total amount by credit card or PayPal. You can pay the balance in person in the rental shop when you pick up your equipment. Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation email.
